Holiday rentals with a balcony in Indre-et-Loire

Very well-stocked apartment, it has everything you need and even more in one quiet residence. Excellent quality bed, comfortable living room and also with space for smart working. The balcony is a small plus when the sun comes out and you have a nice view of the royal castle of Amboise. For those coming by car: there are only 3 or 4 places in front of the residence and the nearest parking lot is 300 meters away and there is a climb when you arrive from the center. Highly recommended for an average-long stay!!!

Cedric place is in the located near a lovely park in the residential, area yet very close to all shops and restaurants. The flat is modern, spacious and tastefully furnished. And on sunny days, the terrace is a wonderful extension. We felt at home and enjoyed thoroughly our stay.

Very nice apartment with a terrace which makes meals pleasant with beautiful weather. Very well located, Rue Colbert, Cathédrale Saint-Gratien, walks along the Loire, restaurants, etc... Will be within walking distance! I highly recommend

A perfect stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to return the next time I visit!

Good place , good location. In addition: Netflix. When you travel with kids it's always nice to be able to watch a series before going to bed 🤗

What can I say about this place other than that it allowed us to have a great stay in Tours. It met all of our expectations: modern and secure residence, two parking spaces, everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom, in addition to having charming decor. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Tours!
