Great stay! Very clean,comfortable,cozy and the AC came in clutch at the right times! In walking distance to beach, breakfast,lunch, and dinner! We had the best time and highly recommend! We hope to visit IRB again! ❤️

Jaclyn was so helpful and flexible with check in and check out. The hosts thought of everything for a good beach day so it was helpful to have what you needed. The rooms were great and the location was perfect! We really appreciated the whole stay.

No complaints about the house. Pool was a little small but clean and pretty. Ocean is just a walk away and was exactly what we wanted. Not too crowded and absolutely beautiful. The lawn chairs and beach gear were the best. House was clean and relaxing, had everything we needed.

The house is very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed in Kate's house two times already. I am sure we will come back again.

We were only there for the weekend, but would definitely love to be able to go back for a longer stay! Great place and Janelle made it extremely easy for us! Would definitely recommend!

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

Great location and plenty of space!

We were chased out a day early because of hurricane Helene. The property manager had sent us updated and was concerned about our safety and ability to get to a safer area. Of the seven days at the condo everything was fantastic. The weather was great for five days. We plan on returning soon.

We spent four enjoyable days at the Airbnb. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive to all our questions, and the place was well-equipped for a beach getaway, providing chairs, an umbrella, bikes, and more. The Airbnb was clean and had all the essentials we needed. A couple of points to mention: 1. The garage door can be tricky and a little annoying, and there were no instructions provided. We kept lifting the knob and pressing the “hold to open” button, but it actually just requires pressing the button without lifting. Additionally, someone needs to go all the way up to open the garage from the inside (was more annoying in the rain) before coming back down to enter. 2. Regarding the beds: they were all different, and since we are particular about our sleeping arrangements, we would rate them a 7/10.

This was such a great stay! It’s around a 7 minute walk to the beach. We found a great cut through to the beach, between buildings (before the Surf Style), that made it a really short and easy walk. We had a 1 year old with us and loved that the home already had baby gates installed on all levels. Everything was clean, updated, and decorated nicely. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely lovely! They provided pretty much anything we could need, including laundry supplies and toiletries. Having access to beach gear really made a difference in our beach visits, as we flew in and couldn’t bring much. The area wasn’t overcrowded or rowdy, the 3 minute walk to the beach was easy and quick, and the sunsets on the nearest beach were fantastic! Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway!

Just got home from a week’s stay and this place was perfect. The rooftop was amazing and everything so clean. This was our first family vacation with our grand baby and we made lots of memories. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. My son loved the bikes and we were walking distance from everything (wagons and towels, umbrellas and beach chairs were provided also which was great. We are already talking about coming back! Any questions I had were answered right away. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Better than the photos , very clean, great part of town

Our recent stay was an exceptional experience. The location is great – close to great beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The townhouse itself was clean and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Robert was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this townhouse for anyone looking to enjoy a nice getaway with the convenience of numerous dining and entertainment options.

My second booking @ Angelique’s place was over a year after the first, only because it wasn’t available for my other work trip dates. She’s invested in improvements and her place was already one of my favorites. Love the location for morning/evening walks and how close it is to downtown Safety Harbor/Main Street - lots of great restaurants and fun shops. She’s a very responsive and caring host. I’ll be checking availability of her property for future business trips! Thank you

This was the perfect place for our family to meet up for a holiday beach weekend, the walk to the public beach was convenient. It had everything we were looking for!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Heather's place in Indian Shores. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beach and all the beach supplies offered at the townhouse. We also enjoyed using the pool daily. I highly recommend this place for a great beach vacation.

Location was perfect. We took the local bus to downtown St Pete for the Grand Prix. Beach was a few blocks away. King bed was comfy. Private ensuite bathroom. There is a lock on the bedroom door to secure belongings. View from back was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Kitchen was supplied with dishes, pans, utinsels for cooking.

wonderful stay great host

Our family had a great experience staying here! The pool was fantastic and the fishing pier was really cool—we saw manatees, stingrays, and several fish swimming and jumping right off the dock. The condo was spacious for my husband, our two kids, and in-laws. Very clean, comfortable, and well kept! We loved how close of a walk it was to the beach and how laid back the beach area was. It was also a quick drive up to Clearwater Beach and down to St. Pete! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience Jennifer!

Rosaily is very supportive, welcoming, and responsive. I had to stay overnight for business matters and had to shortly book for a staying. However, she accepts and responds promptly, while also inviting me to a dinner with her family. Check-in and check-out were no hassle, while staying in was quiet and private. The space was generous for a staying of 2-3 people, which was close to the local attractions and business. This is a good deal!

Spacious and clean! The home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street up against the canal. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. They had a pack and play which was definitely needed for our little toddler. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The home was also stocked with all the beach things you need. Close to awesome restaurants and walkable to the beach. We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in IRB!

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!
