Holiday rentals with a patio in Indian Hill

Cody was the perfect host. The space is pristine clean, large and fully equipped, exactly as advertised. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was spotless, up to date, and exactly as described. Conveniently located to Soli Tree Farms, where my daughter was married. Perfect accommodations for a good night’s rest for my family after the wedding. The town of Augusta is charming and our family enjoyed walking along the river the day after the wedding. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment on the River. Many walkable restaurants. Able to walk to Stadiums in Cincy. Apartment was nice and clean. Comfortable King Bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Follow instructions parking vehicle.

Loved the place. It was very clean and spacious. The only problem I had was the parking. The driveway in the back is incredibly tight and hard to get to. There is also a very sharp uphill that lower cars will definitely scrape their bumpers on. I recommend just street parking. Otherwise, the house is great.

I really enjoyed my stay! Charles was very helpful and always returned my messages! The place is small, but it is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay stress less! The area is so nice!!! I really enjoyed Eden Park. If was literally walking distance! There are restaurants within walking distance as well! Just follow the instructions and don’t go down the driveway and you’ll have a sweet time!

We only stayed one night for a wedding in town and got in late, but this place would be excellent for an extended stay. There was a huge porch, the door was easy to get into with a keypad code. I liked that we could arrive on our own schedule. There are a few steps at the sidewalk and a few steps to the porch but other than that the indoors is pretty accessible. A full kitchen is always a plus to me if staying for longer than a few days because I like to cook when traveling to save money. Close to the main town center with all the little shops and restaurants which made it really easy to meet up with our friends. Super cute area and we plan to return to this spot.

Loved our stay! It was great for our two young kids. There was enough room for all of us to spread out…the kids could go to bed and we could still hang in the living room and kitchen. Way better than hotel staying! Beautiful place!

Wonderful location, responsive host, and great place to stay. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and call it our home away from home when we are in town visiting family.

We were in for a conference and not at the house much. Sleep was important and we were grateful for comfortable beds. Would stay again. Great little house!

Jessica’s place is the perfect stay for families staying in the Cincinnati area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The place had everything we needed for a long weekend. The area is very walkable with great restaurants and bike paths/walking paths near by. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again with my family! Would 100% recommend this house and will probably stay here again when visiting family! The hosts were great about reaching out before we arrived and even hand delivered a note to the house thanking us for staying and congratulating my brother and sister in law on their baby! House was perfect for what we needed, looked just like the photos and met and exceeded all of our expectations! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic space. Loved the area. The design inside felt like we were visiting a friend. Owners did a great job designing the vibe inside. The back yard was this hidden oasis with room for our pup to get out zoomies. Wish we had more time so we could have used the hot tub and fire pit. We'll have to schedule a return trip!

The place was easy to find and driveway was big enough 2 large trucks. It was very clean and we appreciated the baby things provided for our 10 month old. Perfect location for the local kid friendly things to do like kings island, zoo, aquarium etc The shower stalls are very small that if you are claustrophobic or a bigger person it might be an issue. The home is all technically one level but the floor connections are all uneven from additions being added through the years.

Easy instructions to get in. Neighbors are nice. It’s quiet through the day and night.

The game room offered a wide variety of games and things to do. Our children loved trying out the jacuzzi tub. The adults loved sitting next to the fire pit and listening to the creek. Overall it was a great experience.

Had a great stay & our host was accommodating to our group needs. Really enjoyed the hospitality & we were able to explore the area easily. Between street car & ride sharing we got to see a lot of the city & enjoyed the privacy of the Airbnb to relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

We loved staying here for a night out in Cincinnati. OTR area is super close and downtown is a short uber drive. The house was super clean and the bed was so comfy. Us 3 girls had so much room and really enjoyed having the deck. It was a quiet neighborhood and we walked home late from the bars and felt safe. Only thing to note is that the place is up a couple flights of stairs but we weren’t bothered by that.

The apartment is spacious, inviting, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and sunny views. The location is private and secure, yet conveniently located to popular restaurants, shops, public transit, and entertainment! We parked our car at the Mercer Commons garage without issue. It was refreshing to enjoy a walkable city.

This was an extremely affordable and great place to stay! The Airbnb was so cute and clean. What you see in the pictures, is exactly what you’re getting. The host was extremely quick with replies if we needed anything. The Airbnb is in a cute part of the city with so many places within walking distance. I would recommend this location to anyone & would stay here again!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

We loved this airbnb!! I'd go back in a heartbeat. Great location, easy to find. Walkable, or a very cheap uber to many restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is really nice. Spotless, decorated very cute, comfy bed, spacious, great view. I never heard the neighbors. Nav is very responsive and easy to communicate with! I'd recommend this spot to anyone. *If you want a dinner recommendation...Mita was incredible.
