Private suite holiday rentals in Indian Arm

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean, neat, and exactly as described. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and smooth. Amir was a wonderful host — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Beautiful convenient location for N. Vancouver, lots of good shops nearby and very pleasant parks and amenities too. Basement apartment was spacious and well-laid out. Beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped. Very prompt and clear communication from Colin.

Home was as described, tucked in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of dog walkers, cyclist, etc. I gave 5 stars because the place was super clean, cozy and a good price. Things that could be an issue, not for us, but maybe others; little footsteps overhead- not disturbing but noticeable, tv took a little to figure out-ended up using my google account, being from south Louisiana not used to staying in places with no AC but fans were provided and AC wasn’t missed. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the unit & the location. The unit clean, well equipped and perfect for my small family, and the location was quiet, but only 5 mins driving distance to the happening part of the area. Our host was responsive and helped out with any issues during our stay. Will consider staying here again if we are visiting Vancouver.

We stayed here for two nights. We weren't sure what to expect in a basement location. However it was very clean and we felt safe in the home and the neighborhood. We saw a good amount of people walking and jogging by. We all loved our bedrooms and the bathrooms were very clean. As pictured there is only 1 couch in the space that fits 2-3 people.

The suite is so spacious, cozy and it has a lovely backyard. Mercedes was accommodating, caring and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my time there - highly recommend to others!

We had a great one night at Touraj's. We had a wonderful dinner at The Beach House and then we had to return home. We love to return and explore the area more!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The place was spacious, quiet, spotless, the views were incredible and communication with Behrang was great.

Perfect place in North Van and very accessible to public transportation. Grocery and restaurants all walkable. We toured areas in North Van and then Stanley park and downtown easily. Home is clean, instructions were clear, great option for a pre-cruise stay.

Beautiful leafy neighbourhood perched just above Snug Cove. Nice private covered deck, and everything we needed. Just was responsive and the place was neat and tidy. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful suite, with lots of high quality touches. Great host, quiet and helpful. Walkable to Lonsdale Quay, free street parking and comfortable bed. Had a great stay!

This place was awesome!! It was perfect and felt like home away from home. The hosts were super nice. The only suggestion I have is that they turn off the hanging lights outside. They were a bit bright for us when trying to sleep. (They said they would, but I think they forgot.) Other than that, I highly recommend!!

This was a very comfortable suite for our short stay. Very cozy.

Megan and Mark were great hosts! My partner and I stayed here for a week-long stay-cation with our dog, and it was just what we needed. It was right by the forest, so super easy to take our dog on forest walks (which she loves). And in the evenings, I could take a nice bath in their (very deep!) bathtub. I will admit there was a bit of construction noise, but that's not relevant to the place itself. Also, honestly, if you love the place but you're concerned about construction noise, just message Megan and Mark about it, and they'll let you know, I'm sure! Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful stay for the big Web Summit tech conference. It’s about a 25min walk to the SeaBus Ferry Terminal, which gets you into the City Core. Nice restaurants within walking distance. We loved V-Nam (Vietnamese) restaurant which is open late. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of care and attention has gone into this property. I would consider staying again. Thank you, Irene. ☺️

Amazing views for an amazing price! The place was prestine and stunning! I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. And on the plus side, I got to pet a kitty! Vlad is an excellent host! 10/10, I cannot wait to book again!

Great place to stay with the family. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and the area is beautiful. Reg also had kitchen essentials such as milk, coffee, tea, etc. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to the area!
