Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Incisa in Val d'Arno

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

This is such a lovely place to stay. I was so happy to look at the surroundings with breathtaking views and the tranquility ( besides the fogs ) makes this place a paradise . The house was very spacious and confortable . The jacuzzi is really a plus and the swimming pool perfect . Francesco and Serena were so helpful to find activities for our family . The communication was great . I really recommend this place … soooo beautiful !

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

Fantastic time out with panoramic views! This Airbnb accommodation was an absolute stroke of luck! The view was simply breathtaking and inspired us every morning. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place – the location is wonderfully quiet and idyllic. The apartment itself is fantastically equipped and really offers all the amenities you could wish for. It was super convenient that basic things like oil, vinegar, etc. were available. This not only saves money, but also the first purchase. The only thing that took some getting used to was the bed. But of course, that's a matter of taste and has not tarnished our positive experience in any way. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week staying in Mario’s beautiful Casa del Giardino. Everything about the house and its beautiful garden, complete with resident tortoise Mr T, is perfect. Full of charm, it’s a real oasis right in the heart of San Gimignano. The house is very well equipped and Cristina was a wonderful hostess who responded very quickly to any questions we had. The welcoming wine was a much appreciated treat. I would definitely recommend this as an ideal place to stay in San Gimignano.

We stayed at Maria’s home for a long family weekend with 6 adults. There is quality ac, 3 bathrooms and 3 good double beds. The private pool is very good with comfortable lounge chairs. Cooking easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

Paradise on earth - for both nature lovers and wine lovers alike! The natural beauty of Alexandra's airbnb cannot be described by words... from the views and organic landscaping, to the sunrise, sunset, and peaceful atmosphere, this place will take your breath away. The proximity to Montalcino and the surrounding wineries is fantastic! We were able to walk to town and were only a short drive away from multiple wineries. We chose to take advantage of the outdoor grille and kitchen to cook most of our meals from home. Thank you Alex for the recommendation to head to Buonconvento (the town near montalcino - a 10minute drive) for the large grocery store we utilized to stock the kitchen! Both Alex and Michelangelo were helpful hosts when needed, but gracious enough to allow full privacy - even though they live in the attached larger home, you would never know. The 4 days we stayed here were 100% the highlight of our trip! I am grateful they share this space with the world!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most GORGEOUS location, the view is exactly what it is and the cottage area is so cute. We were here for a wedding in a Cortona and it was the perfect setting. Definitely need a car for this area as well. Alessandra is very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend having breakfast or a meal outside to admire the view. There are bugs around but as goes for most of this region during the summer so highly recommend bug spray if you walk around outside. Our only note is the musty sheets but perhaps it was a quick change after the last guests.

I had the most lovely stay at this airbnb. It was exactly like the photos, in a quiet neighborhood. The 30 minutes walk to the centrum was not much, I was happy about having the airbnb outside the city centrum, so I can fully relax after a busy day. The hosts are super friendly, left something to drink and eat for my arrival and where quick to give me an answer whenever I had a question. There is also an airco, which is lovely when the nights are too hot. The styling of the airbnb made me feel right at home and everything you need in a house, kitchen or bathroom, the hosts thought about. Even insect spray was available to use. Whenever you are in Firenze, think about this airbnb. I can not wait to come back here!

I liked it very much, the accommodation is a bit outside of Florence but very good and quickly accessible by bus. It is more sensible to use public transport in Florence anyway. The accommodation is at the top of a hill between vineyards and olive groves and is very quiet. Allesandro and the whole family are just great, I felt right at home and welcome. I will definitely come back.

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling down after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

This place is beautiful and peaceful, great location with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Chiara was a great host and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

This house was perfect for our stay! Lucrezia and Francesco were very welcoming hosts and also showed us their beatiful house and gardens. The house itself had a nice small pool and a completely fenced private garden, which was perfect as we had our dog with us. The house sits on the hill side, which gives you very nice views of the area as well as the Poppi Castle. The interior is modern and it was very clean.

I had the pleasure of staying in Lisa's accommodation and I can only warmly recommend it! Nestled in the woods, this apartment offers an atmosphere of tranquility and peace, perfect for an escape from everyday life. The apartment is not only cozy, but also impeccable in cleanliness and furnishings, with thoughtful details that create a truly pleasant environment. Lisa turned out to be a great host: always available and ready to provide tips on activities to do nearby. If you're looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, this is undoubtedly the ideal place. God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Benabbio for 2 weeks. We came for peace and good weather and we got it. The cottage was perfect: it was very private, the view was beautiful, the garden colorful and has several places to stay outside, so we went out quite a bit because it was so good. It was a nice contact with Luca, who will be ready and give tips if necessary. Recommend!

The porcupine's den is surrounded by greenery, we were looking for peace and tranquility and that's what we found. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the porch because the day was gray but I am convinced that in the summer it is a small paradise with the pool, barbecue and all the surrounding greenery. We found the house clean and equipped with everything, even the pan for chestnuts, the spacious bathroom and with a very useful anteroom for luggage. Getting there is easy and Massimo was very kind and very helpful, really an exquisite person. A stay to recommend.

Beautiful location for visiting Tuscany. Very welcoming host. Lots of attention on our arrival. Apple cake, bottle of spumente and chianti and homemade vino santo. And peach marmalade. Pampered like royalty. The private pool is great. Place to recommend
