Belle maison, confortable, lumineuse et spacieuse très bien située pour ceux qui veulent visiter Sanremo. Nous avons eu tous les avantages d'être à quelques km de la ville sans les inconvénients du bruit et des foules des touristes. Lorenzo nous accueilli en personne et nous a fait le tour du propriétaire en nous expliquant tout à propos de l'appartement et du quartier. Pendant notre séjour il a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous donner un coup de main pour organiser nos sorties. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil 🙂

Raymond and Anne foram excelentes anfitriões eu nunca fui tão bem recebida no lugar O local é muito mais bonito que nas fotos Eu cheguei e havia croissant frutas suco e tudo à minha espera além de uma taça de vinho a recepção foi realmente incrível o lugar é absolutamente de tirar o fôlego

Quelques jours de repos au calme à proximité de Nice et autres lieux à visiter. Tout le confort dans le logement. Avec une météo fraîche et pluvieuse, nous aurions juste apprécié une température un peu plus élevée de l'eau de la piscine.

It’s extremely difficult to come across an Airbnb that’s this close to Monaco with a pool and amenities that Paul provided. We met Paul for checkin and he explained all of the amenities and things about the property. The highlights, kitchen and bathrooms have been redone, kitchen was incredibly stocked with all of the kitchen utensils you can think of, baby high chair was provided as well as laundry detergent and soap. You can also take an uber to Monaco and then use a Monaco taxi to bring you back up, but it’s not cheap. The lowest points, the house is extremely buggy. Ants were everywhere no matter how much we sprayed or closed the doors. It was raining all week so we did not have the doors open. I understand you are in the countryside but proper bug prevention should be in place especially in the kitchen. We rented a car to get around Monaco I just wish there were restaurants closer than a 20 minute walk especially with a baby, the steep hill was difficult.

We were so happy we found Enrico’s place! It was just perfect! The apartment is very spacious, super clean, and that view was outstanding! Enrico’s communication was great and he even gave us a walking tour for Genoa. The amenities were exceptional. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Nach einem Tagit vielen Aktivitäten und Erlebnissen in der Umgebung, war das Ankommen in der Unterkunft und der Ausblick immer wieder eine Belohnung. Wir haben unsere Erkundigungen zu Fuß und bei langen Spaziergängen unternommen. Der Aufstieg zu Fuß war an den ersten Tagen anstrengend. Dann waren wir aber gut trainiert. ;-)

Logement très agréable, idéal pour se détendre au milieux des montagnes et faire des activités comme de la randonnée. Tout est bien en règle et organisé, lit confortable, cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires, Clim, draps propres, etc. Isabelle l’hôte est très sympathique, répond rapidement et peut proposer diverses options de randonnées. Pour les amateurs de chien, Obi (je ne saurais dire quelle race), est un jeune plein d’énergie et très aimable. Bref, je recommande fortement !

Patrizia è una persona veramente accogliente e disponibile, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Oltre ad accoglierci ci ha dato dei suggerimenti su posti da visitare e locali in cui andare a mangiare. Appena arrivati ci siamo resi conto che la macchina era troppo bassa per passare sulla stradina che porta alla casa e Patrizia si è subito offerta di accompagnarci per non farci portare i bagagli a mano. La mansarda è molto carina e ospitale, risulta come da foto e descrizione. Ambiente caldo e accogliente, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari e anche di più! Un CD dei "The Cure" davanti al calore della stufa in pellet ed è subito casa. Grazie Patrizia e grazie alla piccola Jeannie che ci hanno accolto con cordialità e simpatia.

Siamo stati bene , l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, un balcone e una terrazza sopra l'appartamento la cui vista sul golfo ripaga della piccola fatica da fare nel percorrere la stradina in salita per raggiungere l'appartamento. I proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Apres un acceuil chaleureux,nous avons pris possession du gite simplement décoré . Le seul bemol c'est le manque de stationnement.

Unser Aufenthalt in Italien bei Imperia war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche lang in einer schönen Unterkunft zu verbringen, die uns mit ihrer Vielfalt und ihrem nachhaltigen Charme begeisterte. Die Besitzer, insbesondere die freundliche Gastgeberin Anny, haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gut umsorgt. Am ersten Abend wurden wir mit einem selbstgekochten Pasta-Gericht verwöhnt, das mit frischem Gemüse aus Anny's eigenem Garten zubereitet wurde. Anny stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, sei es persönlich oder über eine Messenger App, wenn sie nicht vor Ort war. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kombination aus Nachhaltigkeit, freundlicher Gastfreundschaft und einer schönen Umgebung macht diese Unterkunft zu einem tollen Urlaubsziel. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkehren.

abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni nel ponte del 25 aprile..la posizione della casa è veramente ottima,con i negozi e sopratutto la spiaggia nelle vicinanze..la casa è spaziosa ed è fornita di ogni cosa ,le camere da letto e il terrazzo grandi...la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in garage 🔝

Posto incantevole, la casa è ancora più bella che in foto! Gigante e luminosa, con un bagno in ogni camera e letti comodissimi. Un grazie speciale a Fabrizio che ci ha trattati davvero bene, permettendoci orari flessibili e dandoci consigli utili. La casa affaccia su una poetica vallata e al risveglio abbiamo avvistato dei cerbiatti 🥹🦌 Abbiamo festeggiato un addio al nubilato e la sposa è stata contentissima! Florence nous a vraiment bien accueillie, étant très serviable et prévenante avec toutes les explications ( et il y a beaucoup de papiers d'infos sur les environs) : maison très bien décorée et propre, avec tout le confort souhaité, dans un environnement verdoyant et une belle vue sur Monaco et la Méditerranée... Elle est bien située et proche de la route de la moyenne corniche qui facilite les déplacements. Il y a De nombreuses chose à faire et à voir... Nous avions eu en amont aussi, toutes les infos souhaités pour notre arrivée par Maurizio avec grande gentillesse. Merci à vous deux pour avoir tout fait pour que nos vacances soient réussies ! la struttura è un po' datata ma tenuta bene. Purtroppo la piscina e lo snack bar erano ancora chiusi. Il punto di forza è la posizione e il parcheggio privato. L'appartamento impeccabile con tutti i comfort, anche se molto piccolo è ben organizzato. fiore all'occhiello è un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sul golfo

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der traumhaften Küste von Alassio. Der Blick über das Meer ist wirklich spektakulär und atemberaubend. Das Haus toll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich schön! Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber! Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu den schönsten Buchungen, die wir bisher auf Airbnb gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. I was initially put off by a couple of reviews about the size of the apartment. Thankfully I ignored them. We found the size to be fine. There is a separate bedroom and a bathroom then a lounge dining area. On top of this there is a good sized balcony with spectacular views front and side over the pool and Villefranche town and bay. We felt it was very good value for money compared to other Airbnbs we looked at and hotel prices in Nice. The pool was fantastic, lots of free sun loungers. The snack bar at the pool was good too and reasonably priced. There are 2 buses just outside the door between Nice and Monaco and a ticket is just 1 euro 70 which lasts for an hour . From the airport you just get tram number 2 to Port Lympia & get bus 15 or 600 and it will take you straight to the flat, it is so easy. Sara is a great host, she responds very quickly and is very accommodating, she allowed us to stay a few hours extra as our flight was later.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Eric und Bénédicte! Die Wohnung und der angrenzende Garten boten alles was wir zum entspannen und toben brauchten. Trotz wechselnder Wetterbedingungen konnten wir von da aus viele tolle Unternehmungen starten. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Nizza und bietet einen optimalen Start für Wander- oder Trailrunden. Monaco liegt nebenan und die Strände sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très sympa dans cette location. Les enfants ont pu profiter de l'extérieur pour jouer. La maison est très bien située dans la région et offre de multiples solutions de ballades côté mer et arrière pays. Merci à Jacques pour tout ces conseils et moments d'échanges amicaux !

We had a great stay at Lennie‘s palazzo. She and her whole family have been very helpful and friendly. We‘d definitely go there again. The pool was ideal for our 2 yrs old child, the garden spacious and the view at the lush Italian countryside very relaxing.
