Warm welcome on arrival, a welcome package that will let you through the first evening and morning. All the previous rave reviews are completely true. Tips about the area what to do next to the big sights and where to eat and buy the best ice cream. Warm personalities who are always there for you. Daniele even came to bring homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice "coming home" after a long day away. Wonderful the tranquility in the garden and around the house. We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

Very short but very pleasant stay. The welcome was punctual and friendly, the location is very convenient to visit Bologna and its surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Truly enchanting

After needing a last minute place due to a previous hosts last minute cancellation, we were so glad we found this beautiful accommodation. It was such a refreshing change to have a Airbnb that felt like it was someone’s home that was loved. The host was super friendly and helped us with check in/check out, and had any questions we had answered about the surrounding area. Highly recommend

This was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. And Federica, the most wonderful gracious host. The house and its furnishings are magnificent. The amount of effort made by Federica to welcome and accommodate her guests was truly extraordinary. I only wish we had spent more time in Modena during. Our tour of Emilia Romagna. If we are ever in the area again we will surely try to stay at this home. Thank you Federica for making our stay a most memorable one!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was nothing short of a dream. It was perfect for my partner and I. The location was walkable to the city center and the hosts were so friendly, giving us so many great recommendations. The apartment itself was perfect for two people and very clean. Hopefully I get to return to Florence soon, and if I do I will make sure to stay here again.

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

The air bnb was very spacious, in a wonderful location, and the hosts were very easy to work with. We would definitely book it again. You could not ask for a better location to all the attractions and it was a 10-15 min walk to the main train station.

Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a beautiful estate surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and pleasant location, close to a small town with restaurants, it's nice to walk, an hour by car to Florence.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

The location is beautiful and calm and the airbnb itself is very spacious and has a lovely interior with a lot of personality! there are little decorations and paintings everywhere. It is hard to find the superlatives to describe this absolutely wonderful villa. We spent 3 nights there with a group of 8 friends and really did not want to leave. The setting of the property is even more amazing than on the pictures: a shady terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with a pool in the middle, surrounded by lush hillsides and sweeping views of the valley beneath - all of this in complete calm, peace and quiet. Really, like in a dream. Moreover, the place is extremely well-equipped, with a separate BBQ room, pizza oven, changing rooms/towels/sunbeds for the pool area, extra-large fridge and full kitchen with all the modern amenities. Everything was spotless clean. You can also feel the attention to little details in all aspects of the villa. The location is quite remote, so better to come by car. Virginia and Daniela were super kind and delightful, + very easy to communicate with (they live in an attached house). They even offer dinner from locally grown food. Great stay!

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

We felt very comfortable and had a nice time :) The accommodation absolutely matches the pictures and the description. It is spacious and well equipped, with small snacks and drinks for the first day! The large pool was open, so we could swim a lot. In addition, a large gas grill is available for grilling. Our host Riccardo was friendly, helpful, was always available and even blew up a hodgepodge of bath toys for the pool for our children. A great little bakery is three houses down. Otherwise, you need a car to explore the area - but I think you should inform yourself about this in advance. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the neighbours. Due to the dogs and small children, we sat up in bed several times late at night, as it was really very loud. After three nights, we got used to it.

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was perfect for spending time with the family in a private setting but being close enough to the local town. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
