This is the perfect place to stay if you are watching the F1. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The host are incredible, having supplied breakfast etc for us. Genuinely one of the best places we have stayed, highly recommend!

Amazing little town, we made a stop on our way to Bari from Milan to split the distance and we did not regret it! The house is beautiful and very well designed, decorated with high aesthetics. It’s perfectly located in the old town although getting in and out with the car and the luggage was a challenge due to several works on the road where you need to deviate and then you just get stuck in the town’s small roads. The food recommendations were top notch and we would definitely consider revisiting. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, Alessandro provided us with a fan but in hot days if you are heat-sensitive as we are you might find it difficult to sleep well! Overall the experience was so good that we actually enjoyed it!

Viola was an incredibly helpful host. She was always very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very comfortable and clean and well kept. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone who wants to stay in Faenza.

I've been a guest for almost a week at the place and had a great time. Gentle and available host. The apartment is well furnished with a kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need to stay a few days, without having to adapt to what is usually (not) available to the guest. Highly recommended!

Claudia and Alessandro's house is very comfortable for location, comfort and tranquility. Very clean, equipped with everything you need, warm and comfortable. Claudia and Alessandro were quick to respond and very available to requests. The location is really convenient, in the heart of the historic center. I recommend it and will definitely be back when I stay in Imola.

We were guests for 2 days with 2 children. The apartment is very spacious and is very nice and cozy. We felt very comfortable. Everything you need was available, such as towels, hair dryer, dishwasher and even a washing machine. There was a personal briefing. The people in the house were all very friendly. In summary, we can say the stay was wonderful.

Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

The house is clean and cosy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well stocked, in the centre, we lacked nothing and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

This was one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever been too. It was beautiful. There was plenty of space. The internet was great. Sofia is also such a wonderful host. They are good people and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food and a warm welcome.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

The place is wonderful, beautiful views from all sides. The apartment is also beautiful and finished in a great style. Very clean both in the apartment and around the building. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Short stay in that of Cesena in Sara's apartment, she is a very courteous host, attentive and helpful; upon arrival we even found a welcome cake that we ate for breakfast! Very good😋, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean, and in the surroundings there are many parking lots available, I recommend it and if I have a chance I will be happy to come back

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.
