Waterfront holiday rentals in Iloilo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, it was the perfect holiday retreat for our family. The house was spotless,spacious,and filled with natural light,offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The garden was ideal for kids to play,and we enjoyed many cozy evenings together. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic,close to local attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. FANTASTIC! Really cozy and well-equipped stay very close to downtown IloIlo city. Walking distance to 7/11. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and we would definitely stay again

It was a lovely place. Very dreamy and awe-inspiring. We stayed here for 3 days just to get the experience of living with nature and it did not dissapoint. We were greeted with a great sunset on our arrival that made me stayed long outside in their personal chair and table while drinking my beer. Perks: you can cook, you can do laundry with a beautiful view, they have a motorbike that u can rent, even if its a fan room the room temperature is cold at night. Please be noted that this is a cabana located close to nature so expect that their will be insects crawling here and der., but the insects does not bite, its just tiny beattles that eventually die before sunrise haha, or bring insect repellents. Over all i have a great stay and sleep.

Everything was perfect. Very hassle free and they responded right away regarding our concerns. Worth the money because everything was close by! Would surely stay here again ☺️

Great place to stay! Loved the Iloilo river view and close to the river esplanade and Molo Church. The host is easy to communicate with.

The location of the BnB is nice as there were so many walkable places, and I could either commute or bike to and from the condo. The view from the balcony during sunset is great and relaxing. Thank you so much for accommodating my stay and I will likely book here in my next trip to Iloilo.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.
