The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay for a nice retreat :)

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

Jay was a great host. Very accommodating of all our questions. The house was amazing, the ate was very helpful when we checked in and checked out and during our stay. It was the fam’s first time in Bacolod so having a place to stay that’s comfortable and homey was great to have especially since we had a senior citizen and an infant with us. Thank you to Jay! We had such an awesome time. Looking forward to booking again next time!

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

Amazing place! Home away from home. The house is clean, cozy and smells good. Appliances works fine and all AC unit were good. My only suggestion is to change the induction to dual burner so that we do multi task when cooking. Overall experience is awesome! We will definitely go back and stay in this place. The host's were hospitable and the ready to assist our needs.

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. Residence 1380 is a fantastic AirBnB for big families or groups who need a place to stay in the heart of Bacolod City. It is a stone’s throw away from City Hall, and is just next to MegaWorld’s Upper East development. There is a Savemore Grocery, Jollibee and Mcdonalds nearby. Residence 1380 itself feels just like home. It feels like your family’s house in the province that you visit during vacation. There are 7 rooms. Beds are clean, there are aircons and fans. Showers have heated water. The house has an open air patio in the middle, where you can enjoy dinner under the stars. The kitchen is well stocked, complete with all the utensils and equipment you need to prepare hot meals. There is fast wifi internet that is hassle-free to connect to.
