Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ilmenau

Our accommodation was very comfortable and the location was great for visiting many interesting places. We enjoyed the garden and trees and the rural setting. Apolda itself was an unexpected bonus, as was our very friendly hostess Erika.

We had a great short break in Ziegenrück. We liked the house even better in person than in the photos. The play and relaxation options in the garden leave nothing to be desired. Although the neighbours are not far away, the garden is private behind green hedges. We particularly liked that every detail was well thought out and every smallest space was used sensibly. Above all, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, our son grabbed the bunk and slept blissfully in it. We have nothing to complain about and recommend the accommodation without reservation!

I highly recommend! Check in was easy, the apartment was spot on and location was in a great spot on.

Olaf and Nicole are a warm and super friendly couple!😊 They always answered questions quickly and were relaxed and funny. As a welcome, everything was shown to us, otherwise we could spend our girls' weekend privately and in peace over Pentecost. The accommodation is very clean and you feel right at home. Unfortunately, we did not have such nice weather, but that was absolutely no problem due to the warm whirlpool and the cozy furnishings inside!🥰 We were really excited and are considering renting the AirBnB again in the coming years.

We were there with the whole family (15 people) and very satisfied. There was plenty of space and in the large living room we could all sit together comfortably. The hot tub and garden were also used extensively :). The beds were very comfortable and the sofa beds were also provided with a topper, so that the children slept really well. Definitely a clear recommendation.

Katja's apartment absolutely met my expectations. During our weekend, we found it to be an oasis of tranquility where you could completely leave the outside world behind. The spacious living area invites you to cook and play together and the sleeping options were comfortable and cozy. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which we were allowed to use in January at an outside temperature of 0°C. A hike on the Ettersberg rounded off our weekend and many Weimar restaurants deliver their food to Gaberndorf. A great, modern apartment with friendly hosts that we will definitely book again! :)

We were totally delighted with the accommodation! The location is great - beautiful in the countryside and completely quiet and peaceful. Maria and her family were very friendly, and helpful. The terrace is completely fenced, so we were able to park our dog there well. The occasional barking was also friendly by the hosts. And then the sauna and the hot pot - there are no wishes left unfulfilled!

Sometimes you arrive at a holiday apartment and feel that everything is just right! That's how it was in Susann's apartment. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay in Weimar very much. The quiet balcony was the place to end the evenings. Thank you and we plan to come back

We were in Coburg for a short stay and were looking for and found an inexpensive and child-friendly accommodation. The kitchen equipment was great and the beds were comfortable. However, our highlight was the cosy play corner, which our almost 3-year-old daughter did not want to leave. We had a great time ☀️

Super great place - we would definitely come back if we are in Weimar again. On foot a nice walk to the center(about 15 min), quietly located, have breakfast beautifully undisturbed on the terrace in the sun. Also equipped 1A; even with extras such as slippers (is also quite cold foot), various Playing and books, hot water bottle, coffee grinder & milk frother, tea, spices, etc.

It was all as described in the ad. Sabine is as the previous guests have already described. Nice, friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable. The furnishings are great and the winter garden invites you to a nice breakfast. The location is perfect. If you go to the right, it only takes 10 minutes to reach the first attraction (Bachhaus). If you go left and follow the street and the signs, you will be at the entrance to the Dragon Gorge in 25 minutes. Only the WiFi was a bit weak, but that didn't bother us much. We highly recommend Airbnb!

We felt very comfortable in Klaus's apartment. We particularly liked the quiet location, the newspaper wall in the kitchen and the small garden. Our child was thrilled with the toys inside and outside. Communication with Klaus was very straightforward and friendly. He also gave us great tips/maps for hikes nearby. Overall, we highly recommend the place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Udo's. We were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to hike. The holiday home matches the description and is very clean. We can only recommend Udo and his little holiday home.

I can recommend the accommodation 120 percent, also in terms of the outdoor area. Likewise, communication, privacy, friendliness and professionalism. Definitely goes on my top ten list of all previous stays!

We had a nice week stay at Angelika's. Shops are nearby, the tram station is also just 5 minutes away. It's a nice, privates apartment with all sorts of kitchen equipment and toys for kids. We can only recommend a stay at Angelika's! 😊

Bad Sulza is very clear and nothing is more than 20 minutes walk from the property. Also some circular & hiking trails lead along the address of Anja Haus. Good local recreation!

Pleasant host, various cottages in nature, very close to nature. Two lovely family-friendly dogs were the highlight for our children. Companies in the vicinity possible.

We spent a wonderful week in Christine's apartment. The welcome was warm and everything was prepared for the baby and my grandson (6 years old) .... Cot, high chair, toys, etc. We were able to use the pool actively and relax in the very well-kept garden. Thank you!
