Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Helle, freundliche Dachgeschosswohnung. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder im Schlafzimmer und eine Couch im Wohnzimmer. In der geräumigen Küche kann in gemütlicher Runde gegessen werden. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus meiner Mama. Sie kümmert sich um die Schlüsselübergabe. Bei Buchung mit Hund fallen 5 € zusätzlich pro Tier und Nacht an. Bitte die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,50 € pro Person bar vor Ort bezahlen.

Welcome to our sweet 45 sqm small holiday bungalow in Lichtenberg /Franken which stands in the heart of a holiday park. In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian forest next to the Lichtenberg swimming lake and Höllental. Modern furnishings with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, shared parking, pets welcome. We are the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. The modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped to a high standard in December 2017. A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cosy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old blood beech, next to the ancient rhododendron bushes or by the stream. The original beams of the roof truss, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cosy.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. Small, fine holiday apartments offer everything a holidaymaker's heart desires for 2 people. A separate entrance and a private terrace let you forget everyday life in peace. The apartment is fully equipped with its own bathroom (shower, toilet), kitchenette, dining table, double bed and a small sofa. On the terrace, seating furniture is available and a fire bowl can be placed.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more for the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.
