For your vacation, we offer comfortable 2-room apartments in our guest house on Kurskaya. We are located in a private sector between two attractions, the Black Sea and the Kuyalnik Estuary. Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Interior decoration made of eco-friendly materials (bamboo and wood). Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, barbecue, playground with a slide, monkey bars and a trampoline. There is a place for sunbathing with sun loungers and a refreshing shower. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30 Pets are allowed by agreement.
