The apartment is spacious and features an en-suite with a closet, split air-conditioning and a queen-size bed; another bedroom with a split and a double bed; and another bedroom with a single-size bed and only a fan in this room (no split). The building, known as Reserva Atlântica, in addition to being close to the beach, is next to a pleasant square (shown in the photos). Access to the beach can be done on foot, just cross the avenue through the pedestrian crossings. We provide a parking space in the garage, but if you need more spaces, it is safe and easy to park around the square mentioned above. There are 3 wholesale supermarkets in the area: Atakarejo, Atacadão and Assaí. There are also bakeries and bars, all close to the main avenue.
