It is a blue house......leaning against the pond of Kermor, the beach on foot, the breathtaking view of the pond with its sunsets. The ideal pied-à-terre to recharge your batteries, the living room overlooks two terraces and a magnificent enclosed garden of 1,000 m2.

In a farmhouse completely refurbished in 2013, come and discover this small gîte full of character. The quiet of the countryside without being isolated and 10 minutes from the beaches of Audierne Bay. You will appreciate its geographical location ideally located for your visits and walks, in the heart of the Bigouden country, Quimper 13 minutes away, 20 minutes from Douarnenez, Pont l'Abbé and La Torche. Hiking trails nearby (Pedestrians, Mountain Biking, Equestrian), several surf spots in Audierne Bay.

At the tip of Île-Tudy, close to the port and its shops, our renovated fisherman's house of 65m2, facing the sea. You will find all the comforts for spending a great holiday. Ideal stopover on the GR34 passage, the beach opposite the house is a few meters away… And the large beach is a 2-minute walk away. The port with its bars and restaurants are 100 m away. A grocery store and bread deposit is 200 m away.
