We rent our house from Saturday to Saturday by the week, fortnight or more IleTudy is a former small fishing port that has retained its character with its old village and pedestrian streets at the entrance to the estuary of the Pont l'Abbé river. It's a blue house... set against the Kermor pond, the beach on foot, the breathtaking view of the pond with its sunsets. The perfect base from which to recharge your batteries, the living room overlooks two terraces and a beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m2.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Close to Pont l'Abbé, Loctudy, Ste Marine and Bénodet, you can discover the different sites on foot, by bike or by boat. Great place to stay without a car, relaxing and exotic.

Ideal stopover on the GR34 passage, the beach in front of the house is a few meters away… And the large beach is a 2-minute walk away. The port with its bars and restaurants are 100 m away. A grocery store and bread shop 200 m away.
