Beachfront holiday rental in Île-Grande

A house full of charm and history opposite the sea that offers us a different show at every moment. Beautiful walks can be done on foot from the rental. Parking is easy. Everything was perfect, we spent a week with family, 4 adults and 2 children. The spaces are spacious and thoughtful. It is still necessary to take into account the fact that the bedrooms and bathrooms are dyed on the floor and in the basement, which can be useful for the PRMs We recommend this rental where we already plan to return next spring

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. Enough to bring the vehicle in so no stress to park. Very well equipped, nothing missing! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home!

We had a great week at Jean-Luc's house with our 3 children aged 18, 16 and 12. The house is located facing the sea, with direct access. The view and noise of the sea are exceptional. Lots of walks possible from the house, or around (Roscoff, Ile de Batz...). Jean Luc had recommended the Leclerc du Saint Pol fishmonger - indeed great. The house is simple and very functional (everything you need for cooking, washing machines, dryer). Our eldest son slept in the huge dormitory, where it was good although we were in February. The check-in and check-out was very easy. We highly recommend!!

We stayed in Saint Guirec in this apartment for the 2nd time. Despite the time not always at the top our stay was excellent. the apartment is really ideally located the beach of Saint Guirec is beautiful. The place is lively but quite quiet in the evening and at night. There is everything you need in this lovely apartment 🙂 the children were once again delighted and so did we 😁

An excellent stay with family and with families. Lots of space and lots of rooms. The large common living space and a very nice fireplace. Very good communication. Listing as described. Excellent location.

Excellent stay on the water (well almost...) to end the year. The site is amazing and everything is nearby. The house is very functional and tastefully decorated. A property worth recommending!

We had a fantastic week-long family stay with our 7-year-old son at this Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, Louna welcomed us warmly. The apartment is really well equipped, there is everything you need and we found it very clean. The location is perfect, close to all places of interest. very nice location with private pool halfway between the cliffs of Plouha l'île de Brehat and the Penthievre coast with Cape Erquy and Cape Frehel... for hiking enthusiasts a real plus. Aurélie and Régis' accommodation is perfect, everything is there, Aurélie was waiting for us when we arrived, very nice, nothing is missing in the house, we felt good there, the pool is great for relaxing and the proximity to the beach a 2-minute walk away for a stroll is a real plus. The place is clean, with everything you need. The place has a small courtyard which is really nice. The place is quiet. For a quiet stay I recommend.

Catherine's house was beautifully presented - the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area in particular. Catherine was an excellent host - she offered lots of helpful advice about the local area. Check in/out was friendly and flexible. The house is in a rural area and located very conveniently for beautiful beaches like Amiets and Keremma. It is a short walk to buy bread from the local Tabac in the morning, or a short drive into the centre of Plousecat for a butcher, baker and convenience store. Catherine's house included a spacious garage containing kayaks, bodyboards etc. (we had a great time with the kayak). Morlaix and Brest are less than an hour away, for more things to do. A lovely house, and definitely recommended. Thank you Catherine for a lovely stay!

Great location - steps away from beaches and trails to explore the beautiful pink granite. Short walk (0.5 miles) into town. Great restaurants near by with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful community.

This house has exceptional views. In addition, it is very well equipped (you can see that it is a house where people live, there is everything you need). The bedding is very good. The street is very quiet, you can't hear any noise. Access to GR 34 is from the bottom of the garden. We were in contact with the owner and the people taking care of the house following an electrical problem due to the storm. Everything went well and was smooth. The living room is very bright and all windows overlook the sea. A place we'd love to come back to for sure.

Well-equipped house, good location. Our girls happy to sleep together upstairs, our dog to enjoy the walled garden with us and we enjoy these wonderful scenery with the sun. And the little extra for us and the saving of space, bed linen and bath sheets, thank you!

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Charming house, detached, wonderful location, right by the sea, GR 34 at the door for sensational walks, kitchen super equipped, great view from all windows, freshly caught fish can be picked up from the fisherman at the quay (after tel. by appointment).
