Laurence is a great host , left everything well explained to our entrance. Even being Brazilian we understand everything and our stay was amazing, perfect! Although being a sofa bed was very comfortable, wonderful bedding. Balcony view to the beautiful Eiffel Tower, where we have our breakfast every day. Besides being complete and spacious. Perfect bathroom shower. We love everything and around us we will be there for sure for the location and space that is wonderful! Thank you for everything Laurence

Shops nearby, quiet and good accessibility: here are the features of this apartment. The only black spot is the poor evacuation of sanitary facilities. The good surprise is the Eiffel Tower view as you exit the Puteaux tram station! 😍 Thanks to Laurent's responsiveness, we had a great time!

My father and I loved our stay here! Communication with Georges and Sergio was very clear and pleasant. The place was super clean and comfy. Great kitchen to cook breakfast. Good location near lots of delicious food, coffee and patisserie. Easy to get to the bus into the center of Paris. Would recommend staying! Only suggestions would be to bring a hairdryer if you need one but I was fine without.
