There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

The house has all the supplies you need such as white goods, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, barbecue. It is in a safe location where you can have a holiday with your family with peace of mind. It is close to the beaches.

Ulamış chalet

A mini Chalet with magnificent village and pond views , where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coastline,beach clubs such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca (places such as coastal beach, mali beach, Battery beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık horse bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house, which were later included in our house.

Reisdere is in the center. 5 minutes to Alacati and the sea. All rooms have electric radiators and two bedrooms have air conditioning. The old barn was decorated and made into a dwelling. The house is very spacious as the second floor stands on the grids and the house is very spacious as the ceiling is high. The walls are 40cm thick and cool in winter and warm in winter. There's also air conditioning in the dining room. There are electric radiators in every room for those who are thinking of staying in the winter.

Kösedere is a hidden village located on a hillside 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies like pancake and pastries in cafes in this lovely square in this village where series shoots take place. Their people are extremely friendly and helpful. Boiling down the village resembles a small Wool harbour with its sea like glass.

To share your moments and add a new one to your memories, we would like you to take a break in this unique home on 12 acres of land in Urla Kekdukepe. If you want to be aware of some things about life, this is the place. Our house has 1 king-size double bed measuring 200 x 200, 1 single bed and a large sofa. The number of beds is increased with inflatable mattresses for extra people. Rabbits, cats and squirrels will also accompany you during your stay.
