Nice home, nice location

Alexandros helped us a lot from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was especially enjoyable to watch the view of the large terrace and the sunset. We found everything we needed in the house. It was a 10-minute walk to the center and it was easy to find a place to park in the neighborhood. We recommend a house that we would prefer when we come back to Chios.

We stayed comfortably with my family, there were no problems. Mr. Burak was very interested, thank you.

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

First of all, the house is in a position overlooking the bay. The house was very clean, our room had a large balcony with a great view. An ideal place to relax. Thanks again to Angelano, who works at Jason's place, for his help and hospitality.

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that haunted us, everything else was very positive. The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 large rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, where 2 couples could easily stay, with their own toilet and bathroom. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

It was a vacation we enjoyed immensely. If the June price was like May, we would stay at least 10 more days. The location of the Miniq house is perfect, you are in the center of the town, it is extremely easy to reach everywhere on foot. From ice cream parlors to fish bakeries, from small shops to port restaurants, from the municipality to the hospital, from military social facilities to beaches, everything is right at your feet. The night view is another beauty. There is almost no traffic, just enough to hear the sound of places with music at night. We wish everyone who reads this review a pleasant holiday in our Miniq home.

Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of your host =)

Our stay at Virginia's Maisonette in Monolia was one of the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The apartment is private and peaceful, with a stunning sea view from the terrace and a relaxing atmosphere on the ground floor. It’s filled with natural light, spacious, and even has a private beautiful beach right below, making it the perfect spot for our vacation in Chios. The maisonette was exactly as described—modern, with all new furnishings, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Virginia, our host, was incredibly responsive, kind, and hard-working, providing all the information we needed ahead of time. She even left us treats on our arrival and a thoughtful gift when we left. If I return to Chios, I wouldn’t think twice to choose Virginia's amazing maisonettes again—it’s the perfect escape to enjoy the beauty of Chios. Just an advice, keep in mind that to make the most of your time, you should rent a car. Thank you, Virginia, for your hospitality! We appreciated every detail!

Great location of the house. Alaçatı center is 10 minutes by car. There are many grocery stores etc. around. Ms. Aysun is very interested.

Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 minutes' walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, good price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. I’m highly recommend this place!
