A charming apartment located in Ilbono, a village surrounded by greenery, with a particularly evocative landscape. The house is twenty minutes from the sea and fifteen minutes from the Citadel of Tortolì. 5 minutes from the Citadel of Tortolì, we have the Port of Arbatax with the possibility of a route to and from the island. The apartment is on the first floor with two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a storage room, and two terraces. The vacation home is available all year round for short-term rentals.

Ilbono is a town of about two thousand inhabitants in Ogliastra, 400 meters above sea level, along the 'road of longevity' between the municipalities of Tortoli, Lanusei and Elini, 15 km from the coast Ilbono is an ideal starting point for outdoor activities. Explore hiking trails in the surrounding nature and discover hidden waterfalls and gorges. Visit the nearby beaches of the Ogliastra coast, the archaeological complex of Scerì, where you can admire the nuraghe, a village and the domus de Janas.

Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.
