Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. Rural wooden cottage

Tranquillity, space and privacy. Surrounded by nature reserves, 2 kilometres from the IJsselmeer and the beach. In the 3300 m2 back garden of our farmhouse, there are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance. Layout: Living room, kitchen equipped with a combi oven, induction hob, fridge and Dolce Gusto machine, bedroom with a double box spring bed, bathroom with underfloor heating and a rain shower, wood-burning stove and a sleeping loft.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

At the edge of the beautiful Sprielderbos (Veluwe) on a small chalet park, lies Beppie's forest house. A cozy and charming wooden chalet with a (gas) fireplace and a (fully fenced) garden. A nice place where you can retreat, connect with each other and relax. From the cottage you can walk into the woods in a few minutes. Discover endless cycling and hiking routes. The dog is welcome! Op een prachtige plek in het buitengebied van het Friese Noordwolde, waar de vogels talrijk zijn, ligt dit heerlijk knusse huisje. Compleet ingericht, met een sfeervolle pelletkachel en een houtkachel is dit echt een plek om tot rust te komen! Het huisje heeft een eigen omheinde tuin, met een houtgestookte Finse sauna en grenst aan een bos, waar je een fijne wandeling kunt maken. Ook loop je vanaf het huisje in zo'n 20 minuten naar een leuke zwemplas.

There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
