Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

Quietly located upper (4th) floor studio apartment in the Jordaan district is this cosy place for 2, with a fully fitted kitchen. It’s in a typical Amsterdam building so reaching the apartment only by stairs. The apartment is completely private and centered on a comfortably living room with ample seating and a TV. The compact kitchen is great for cooking all sorts of meals, and the bed is elevated can be reached by some stairs (see pictures). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. The building is known and famous for the many artists who have performed there. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and trendiest restaurants in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.
