Great place

The place is clean and well maintained. Good for small groups. Didn’t find any issue from neighbours’ side. I stayed for 2 days. The only thing was the cleaning was not done time for my 2nd day of stay. Else everything was good.

Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Everything was perfect. The property lives up to the hype. The caretaker was also very responsive and helpful.

I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into putting this place together, every little detail has been taken care of and I have to say the place is better than what it looks in the pictures. I must also give a shout out to the staff for being proactive and responsive as needed. Cleanliness was top notch as it should be in any place so 5 star for that too. Overall, I have all the good things to say about this place and I certainly look forward to coming back with family and friends.

it was the perfect place to spend one last trip of the batch of '25 before before we all go to different parts of the world. the place is seriously undersold and we absolutely loved it. the security bhaiya was the underrated gem of the place who helped me wheather it was late in the night or 8 am. the owner is v sweet and resuced us at 3 in the night because we locked our room door from inside. loved the pool and furniture, was comfortable to move around for all of our group to sit together. overall, this been a lengend- (wait for it) -ary trip and i couldn't recommend a place more than this. -graduating batch of '25 :)

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

This was my second time stay with Ritwik's Villa and was as amazing as my first stay. Stay is so kind and professional 😊 Faby was so punctual and kept everything in tact for my family. excellent cleaning staff Special thanks to Akshat and Raveena for coordinating with me throughout my travel and also allowing my little pet to stay at the listing. Stayed here with family—absolutely stunning! Loved the fact that there was a wheelchair ramp, cozy library nooks, and unique bedrooms with spiral balconies. Pool and gardens were so peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying quite luxury. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

We are group of 5 friends had a nice time staying at Diksha's Villa. it's located in a peaceful neighborhood with great views around the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful vacation in Goa

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

I’ve stayed here four times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice—the property is even more impressive in person. The architecture is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space. It’s always spotless, and the caretakers are incredibly helpful.
