The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Another big plus was the caretaker—always available and quick to assist with anything we needed, whether it was a small request or help with local tips. The service was prompt and warm, which made the experience even more relaxing. Overall, I’d give it a solid 10/10. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect right in the center, making it super convenient to get around. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made our experience even better. The house itself was fantastic, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The only minor issue we faced was with one of the AC units, it worked initially but would stop after a while, not sure why. Apart from that, everything was spotless and well-maintained. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed at Harmony, Mr Alok’s place, for 3 days. Given my son was staying in BITS Pilani Goa campus, this was super convenient. Most importantly, the place feels like home. Not like many fancy but mostly unusable AirBnBs we stayed in. And almost as if we walked into one of our own relative’s place. Don’t think twice if you are looking to find a quiet home away from home.

This place is packed properly with amenities and has beautiful interiors. Jonas, the manager accommodated us quite well even when our original room was having some issues. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay across the two configurations. Rooms are vibrant and someone with a design-centric mind will definitely love it.

We had a really good stay at Alysters place in Dona Paula. The place was clean, cozy, and just as shown in the pictures. The host and the caretaker were quite responsive and friendly — always available on call or message whenever we needed anything. There was a small hiccup with the water supply in the morning before checkout, but to their credit, they acted quickly and got it resolved without too much hassle. These things happen, and it was nice to see them take it seriously. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Great place. Barca themed and fabulously maintained. You get everything you need around. whether you are planning for peaceful vacation or a adventure filled one, you get best of both worlds here. The infinity pool is well maintained fantastic view. The jacuzzi in apartment is perfect relaxation much needed during vacation break. No second thought if you are looking to book.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. A very comfortable stay. This was our sixth trip to Goa, and wanted some place quiet and away from the crowd. Paritoshika’s place was just perfect in every way!
