The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

The apartments are located close to the city center at Aurich harbor and offer you comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The city center of Aurich and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems Jade Canal .
