Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Iglesias

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, niché dans une ruelle typique et paisible, offrant un cadre authentique tout en étant à proximité immédiate des restaurants et des sites incontournables de la ville. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs, et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. C'est une véritable valeur sûre pour quiconque souhaite découvrir Cagliari dans les meilleures conditions. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Michela war sehr freundlich und immer per Nachricht erreichbar. Alles war so wie beschrieben und wir haven uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage war relativ gut für den Süden von Sardinien. Die Parkplatzsituation war manchmal schwierig auf der gegenüberliegen Straßenseite der Wohnung, aber noch akzeptabel. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung von Michela gerne weiter.

Great apartment in a calm, convenient location. Silvio made the steps for self check-in really clear and was a very responsive host with good recommendations. We'd recommend this apartment for everyone :)

Centrally located, great apartment to explore Cagliari

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e riservata e in un ottima posizione per visitare le bellissime spiagge vicine. La casa era pulitissima e Marco e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.Le bevande e la frutta di benvenuto sono state veramente apprezzate. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

É stato piacevole soggiornare nella casa vacanze. L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni cosa, zona tranquilla, a due passi dal centro. L’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni.

From the moment we booked, they were incredibly friendly and responsive—honestly one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve ever interacted with. They made everything so smooth and stress-free. The Airbnb itself was not only clean and cozy, but full of thoughtful touches: cold water ready for us, a super cute magnet souvenir, and a bunch of helpful resources to make the most of our trip. Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

La casa è esattamente come mostrata in foto, curata, nuova e funzionale. In cucina non manca nulla, è presente tutto come a casa! Bagni pulitissimi, doccia grande. Grazie anche all'host che ci ha accolto e indicato ogni dettaglio della casa.

Das Apartment ist neu renoviert, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Mitten im Herzen von Cagliari - Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in direkter Nähe der Altstadt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben sogar Siesta auf dem Zimmer verbracht, weil es so schön war. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen! Hinzu kommt, dass Valentina sehr nett, hilfreich und herzlich ist. Sie hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war schnell erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung, wenn man Cagliari erkunden will.

Rarement rencontré un Airbnb aussi propre. Appartement très bien placé et bien décoré. On se sent comme chez soi ! Je recommande sans hésitations.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Had a great stay in this apartment, which is located in one of the nicest parts of Cagliari! The flat was spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Juan was an excellent host, and gave us lots of useful recommendations. Will definitely be back in the future!

Alessandra is a warm, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated her facilitating an early check in for us after we had an early flight. The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Cagliari with multiple restaurants and nearby attractions to walk to. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely done. Perfect for a few days to spend in Cagliari.

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.

Miejsce noclegowe u Costanzy było wyśmienite. Bardzo ładny pokój, urządzony stylowo. Było czysto, schludnie i estetycznie w środku. Wszystko wyglądało jak nowe. Świetna okolica, najlepsze położenie w mieście. Spokojna uliczka, zaraz obok zamku. Tuż obok pyszna restauracja z najlepszym jedzeniem, która była też poleceniem od Costanzy. Dodatkowo, do centrum miasta schodziło się w 5 min. Najlepsza okolica i nocleg, a gospodarz bardzo pomocna. Serdecznie polecam także rekomendacje od Costanzy w sprawie miejsc z jedzeniem, były super!

We stayed three nights in this wonderful studio and had an excellent experience. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen, a comfy bed, a television, and a fully stocked bathroom where we could even do a bit of laundry during our stay. One little thing to add; as we are both over 1.85m tall, the shower was a bit small for us. One of the biggest highlights was the location—set in a calm, peaceful area at the top of the city, yet just a short walk or elevator ride away from the lively center with plenty of great food options. While there’s no dedicated parking at the house, we had no trouble dropping off our luggage first and then finding a spot just outside the Castello. To top it all off, Vincenzo, the host, was incredibly helpful—he gave us clear directions to the closest parking areas and shared lots of useful tips and information about the city. Overall, a very pleasant and practical place to stay—quiet, comfortable, and ideally located!
