Unforgettable Sardinia

apartment located on one of the most historic streets of Iglesias , surrounded by numerous historical cultural attractions and services of bars , restaurants , groceries , crafts and everything in between, within walking distance ! and the renowned beach just 7 km away. The parking lot is 200 meters away , as the area is limited in traffic, on the other hand it offers greater peace of mind in exploring the streets of the old town. Entire apartment with independent access, equipped with swimming pool, private parking and garden in a very quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center, and 10 minutes by car from the main beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

Little house in the historic centre

Apartment in the historic archeological part of Sant'Antioco, with a big terrace. What people like about my apartment: the old furniture, the way I decorated the house and especially the terrace. What people like less: the bedroom with wooden floor faces the street so you can hear some cars passing by, but luckily the street is one way only and we are in a quiet area of the town. Moreover the other bedroom is very silent and quiet.
