Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sand beach. Floating dock with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then 100 kr/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Cozy cottage for rent in a rural environment in the forests of Småland. The cottage is located on a small farm where there are, among other things, sheep and chickens. There is the possibility to buy both honey and eggs from the farm. Nearby is Vimmerby, 4.5 miles, where Astrid Lindgren's world is a popular destination. The nearest swimming area is about 6 km away. It is possible to rent bed linen for SEK 100/bed and towels for SEK 50/towel set. The tenant cleans themselves at check-out. The service can be purchased for SEK 1,000.

The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

18th century Twin Cottage

The Twin Cottage from the 18th century is situated in a small hamlet with grazing animals and foot paths in the surrounding forest and fields. We have 45 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s world. The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. We live in one part of the house and you rent the other. The garden is a fine place to enjoy evenings. Warmly welcome!
