Cozy and lovely cottage for rent in a peaceful environment in the Småland forests. The cottage is located on a smaller farm where there are sheep, chickens and cats. Sometimes there is a possibility to buy both honey and eggs from the farm. The cottage is located on the Ostkustleden trail, which gives the opportunity to hike in beautiful environments. Also nearby is Vimmerby, 4.5 miles, where Astrid Lindgren's world is a popular destination. The nearest swimming area is about 6 km away. The swimming area is well suited for families with children.

Here you live just fine in a newly renovated cottage in a stunning setting! The cottage is newly renovated and partly newly built, here is a modern kitchen that is equipped with most things needed. New and fresh bathroom with washing machine. Sleeping loft with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps two adults or two adults and a child. Living room with fireplace and TV, there is also a daybed where two people can sleep. Sunny south-facing terrace with exit from the kitchen where you can enjoy the sun.

A perfect vacation getaway in Småland where you can enjoy what the lake and the forest has to offer all year round. It is situated about 13 km from Hultsfred Centrum at a forest farm called Brunsviks Gård. A small rowboat is available for you during your stay. Utsikten mot sjön skapar förutsättningar för härliga naturupplevelser. Med sitt unika läge passar boendet både barnfamiljer och paret som vill rå om varandra. Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

18th century Twin Cottage

The Twin Cottage from the 18th century is situated in a small hamlet with grazing animals and foot paths in the surrounding forest and fields. We have 45 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s world. The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. We live in one part of the house and you rent the other. The garden is a fine place to enjoy evenings. Warmly welcome!

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.
