"La Cave" Gîte

Igé, a typical wine village in the hills of Mâconnais, is located on the Burgundy Wine Route, close to Beaujolais, Cluny and Mâcon. You will be welcomed in one of the 19th century outbuildings of what was the wine estate of the iconic medieval castle of Igé. This independent residence, formerly intended for the housing of winegrowers and able to accommodate up to six people, will ensure an authentic stay among vineyards, history, traditions and conviviality.

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

Igé: Studio with terrace

Come and discover the charm of Southern Burgundy, in Igé. Our studio, completely separate from our home, with a private terrace, will ensure tranquility and comfort during your stay. Parking is available in our private courtyard, a remote control to open the gate is provided. Our house is 15 minutes from the highway, Mâcon, 15 minutes from Cluny, 20 minutes from Roche de Solutré. Towels and bed linen are provided.
