Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during closed hours. Historic residence right in the heart of Assisi's old town, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The house features a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

CASA ELEONORA is located in the most central point of the city in the town square on the second floor without elevator, in the first Benedictine men's monastery dating back to 1071. BREAKFAST includes a typical Italian breakfast with coffee and brioche at the TROVELLESI BAR below the house. The apartment is located in the ZTL area. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
