The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Great location for families with children, especially little children

We had a great stay at Angelos and Ioanna's! We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival – with homemade muffins, fresh olives and a delicious olive oil from our own production. This loving gesture made us feel welcome right away. The accommodation was absolutely clean, cozy and the beds incredibly comfortable – we slept wonderfully. Another plus: there is parking directly in front of the door, which made the stay particularly relaxing. The view was simply fantastic - a place to feel good and relax. We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

Kritamon Apartment in Neos Marmaras – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, modern, and newly furnished – truly a place to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied! The host was extremely friendly and responded to all our questions within minutes. This is exactly how a perfect stay should be. We will definitely come back!

Nikos, his father and mother were very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival and departure we had gotten a local, homemade specialty from the mother. Very delicious! The father always gave us vegetables and fruits from the huge garden. Fresh green, mature figs were allowed to pick from tree at any time. The place was great, as shown in the pictures and film. We ate outside daily on the terrace under the olive tree if we were not in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous views over the bay/beach/island and sea. The path to the beach went down. With me it was 300 steps and then another 100 from the edge of the property up to the terrace. Since there are only about 10-12 private houses along this beach at a good 1 km, it is nicely empty and you have your peace and quiet. Temperatures were 33-39 degrees C this year probably particularly high. A full recommendation!!!

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Amazing place and the location is perfect within walking distance of literally everything!

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, comfortable and a place near by to Mount Athos/Ouranoupoli (<15min drive) then look no further, this is the place to stay.

Great comfort appartment

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice holiday was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: not only were we able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but we were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The accommodation is positioned on a picturesque hill overlooking the city with sweeping views that inspire. Spacious lounge and balcony to spend quality time relaxing and reading. Bus no. 23 stops about 100m away from the location and takes you straight into the heart of the city in 20 min. In a busy city like Thessaloniki the location offers a quiet and serene setting. Not on a busy road, peaceful nights. The host Anestis and his sister made every effort to meet our requests and were warm and proactive. Approach with care with the car, there are narrow streets, but this applies in general to the city. Overall, a city break location that combines both city life and tranquility. Highly recommend 👍

Great place !

The apartment is pleasant to stay in, clean, with all the necessary appliances. I would especially point out that there were baths, shampoos, cold water in the fridge, coffee and the like in the apartment. Accessibility and proximity to all attractions. The place was very clean and fresh and had all the necessities. Walkable distance from the center but also access to busses and subway. Perfect for a couple that wants to explore the city!

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.
