This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. The concept is "Malibu Ichinomiya", a California resort where both adults and children can enjoy. If you open the window in the living room, you can find a 100-square-meter garden surrounded by nature. In addition to outdoor activities such as BBQs, barrel saunas, and bonfires, children and adults can fully enjoy activities such as petite soccer and badminton. It has a good view and is surrounded by a wood fence, so small children can play safely and can also be used as a small dog run. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it is a great facility for a group of 2-3 families. We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time.
