A single-storey property with 3 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area, built on an 800 square metre site. The living room has windows on two sides, so you can enjoy the view of the garden and lagoon in front of you. On the wooden deck, which is over 80 square metres, you can relax in the hammock or lounge chair. There is a charcoal BBQ grill on the wooden deck, which you are free to use.
