It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε λιγότερο απο 1 λεπτό. Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 100m από το σπίτι. Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.
