Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

Bourne Cottage is a charming, cosy, timber-clad cottage set back in the grounds of a stunning 19th century Georgian property. It sits in the pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant surrounded by beautiful countryside providing walks on the famous Test Way. There are a number of really good pubs close by to choose from. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are near as well as the quaint market town of Stockbridge and the city of Winchester with its beautiful cathedral.

With several superb local pubs nearby, it's the perfect base to discover Downton Abbey's Highclere Castle, Stonehenge and Winchester, as well as the market towns of Marlborough, Hungerford and Stockbridge. Excellent train access from London. Perfect for walkers, it’s right on the Test Way, with miles of local foot paths to explore.

Our apartment features its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Parking for 2 x cars and also lockable bike storage on site. The accommodation features a Kitchen/Diner fitted with fridge, built in oven as well as seating for 4. Bedroom 1 contains a bunkbed, Bedroom 2, holds a king sized bed with plenty of space for an additional single bed if required. We are rurally located but excellent for walking and cycling.
