The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. This small apartment is located in the cultural-historical area of Järvenpää. The studio accommodates 1 person. Parking space, self check-in. Location near Sibelius' home Ainola. 1.5 km to the city center. Beach park nearby. 30 min by train to Helsinki. The area is old Järvenpää, the properties protected by the Museum Office and under renovation surround the property.

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
