The house is in the front row to the sea just a few steps from the beach and incredibly clear waters of the bay. There are 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 kayaks at the house so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. The house has been renovated in recent years to a high standard (including a new kitchen in 2022) and has a very large terrace for relaxing on.

Villa Tanja has private parking for two cars, and guests can use two mountain bikes to explore the island.
