Short distance to Hvaler Idyll on both Asmaløy and Skjærhalden. Fantastic swimming opportunities in the archipelago and great summer experiences. I want to rent to responsible, adult, orderly people. A cat lives here on a daily basis, and the tenant must accept that it enters. Bedroom 3 is in the loft apartment without a wall. Available the weekend of week 30 through week 32.

Delicate basement apartment right by the harbor with nice views of the sea! Vikerhavna is located in a beautiful natural area with Ytre Hvaler National Park as the nearest neighbor. In addition to the beach, there are also several places with bathing ladders nearby. There are opportunities for fishing along the rocks and at the pier - among children the jetty is a very popular place for crab fishing! We rent to responsible adults and families with children. We are a family with children living in the house.

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

The location is central on Asmaløy. 10 min walk to the grocery store Bunnpris which is open every day. 20 min walk to the beach in Døvika (east side) with gap and toilets. 15 min walk to the coastal path (west side) that leads to the restaurant Brattestø and Sjøsiden Bar. 20 min walk across the bridge to Sand Bar & restaurant. 17 minutes by car to Fredrikstad, and 10 minutes by car to Skjærhalden.
