Peak view is our cosy house located on the edge of the Peak District in the village of Tibshelf in a great central location for anyone wanting days out to Matlock bath, Chatsworth, Bakewell, Sherwood Forest or walks to nearby Hardwick hall. Peak view is a spacious 2 double bed home with a large open plan living area for relaxing after a busy day, also has a private outdoor area to relax. PLEASE NOTE, peak view is not suitable for guests with work vans unfortunately due to parking restrictions.

Self contained annex - private (min 2 night )

A self contained private bungalow with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. New Wifi router now added. Good access to bus, tram & train networks. Ideal for those travelling due to work. Easy access for EON, J26 & J27, Sherwood Business Park and walking distance to Rolls Royce. Medium & long term stays available please enquire. Night shift stays available please enquire. A beautiful, refurbished, one bedroomed cottage in a peaceful small village location, just a couple of minutes walk onto the Five Pits Trail and other great walks, yet still in close proximity to local amenities. The perfect place to enjoy a home from home getaway; self check in, full kitchen, glorious large bathroom space with bath and waterfall shower, comfy lounge area with large TV, extremely spacious cosy king bedroom and front and rear enclosed patio areas for your four legged friends!

Lane End Cottage - cosy cottage with large garden.

16th century cosy stone cottage with large private garden, includes lounge, kitchen and separate dining room. Pretty sun room ideal for morning coffees. Two bedrooms, one twin, and one king size. Shower and toilet upstairs. Bed settee is in the dining room. Will easily sleep 6 but seating is limited in the lounge. The main bath and shower room is downstairs. There is a large lawn to the front of the property with off road parking, the rear garden is private and has use of a BBQ in summer.

Bordering the Teversal Trails network this provides miles of cycling & walking routes surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated centrally between the Derbyshire peak district & Sherwood Forest, close to Hardwick Hall. Good Pubs within Cycling distance or short drive. The Lodge has been purpose built with loving care, giving warmth, rustic appearance to blend in with nature.

Stretton Hall Farm - The Annex

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Annex is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Annex has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax. We are contractor friendly, please message us for work stays that are Monday to Friday.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to amenities and attractions. 1 double bedroom, an extra single put up bed can also be requested, in the living area, for an extra £25 per night. nespresso coffee machine, pods provided for guests to use. but 50p contribution, per pod used. would be appreciated, to replenish stocks. 😊
