Five stars all the way! Nice big backyard for the pets… super comfy bed, very clean! One of our best places we’ve stayed at, would definitely stay again…. We were there for 10 nights, very affordable, thank you for that!! Felt nice and homey! Even the pets thought so….😊👍👍

The house was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The accommodations were nice especially for thinking of children. I would suggest bringing your own nespresso pods or coffee pot if you happen to drink a lot of coffee. Per the house manual, only 4-6 pods are supplied for a stay ( we were there 3 nights with 5 guests). We used all of them the first morning. The host was helpful and delivered more for us the next day which was nice.

I am a repeat customer to the Cottage and love staying there! The new mattresses are great. Love the upgraded kitchen, too! The hosts are very responsive and "Midwest nice!"

Very clean, nice house. We loved that there’s a great park close by-close enough to easily walk to it. The instructions were clear and easy to follow through and do. We would stay again and highly recommend the place!

We had a fantastic experience at this 4-bedroom Airbnb! The home was immaculately clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. They clearly care about their guests' experience and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, this place is a perfect choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second stay. We enjoy our time and feel at home here. Everything we need is provided and we always have a nice walk through the quiet little town. My only suggestion is to keep your eyes out for the neighbor's dogs across the street if you go out for a walk. That being said, we will still not hesitate to come back.

This was the cleanest, beautiful and peaceful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Host was more than accommodating with early check in, beds were super comfortable and the property itself was pristine!

The stairs are the only drawback, once you opened the door to the loft you stepped back in time. It was mesmerizing, we could only imagine the stories behind so many of the pieces that we will never know. I would like to know more about the opera house itself and also if further restoration of the location is planned. This place was immaculately clean and well kept. 6 adults and we didn't bump into each other, we slept well and our daughter and husband and 2 kids came over for a bit and still plenty of room to visit and hang out in the living room. Just a wonderful experience all around. Thank you for the work you have done to this loft and offering it to the public. We loved our stay, so comfy. Literally one of the very best places we have ever stayed.

We’ve stayed here a handful of times and will keep coming back. We haven’t had any issues to need to reach out to Randall but if we did, I’m sure he’d respond quickly. The location is perfect for us as my family lives just 2.5 blocks away.

We really enjoyed staying in the Backyard Oasis. Not only was the outside beautiful but the home was cozy and inviting. Everything has been thought of, just bring your clothes and food. The home is large enough to accommodate a family or couples with separate spaces. I would recommend staying at Kayla’s place and would definitely stay again.

We felt instantly at home upon arrival. Our dogs and us loved an enjoyed the yard. It was quiet. We would love to stay again..

Very charming old house that's been updated right across a very cool little city park. The beds were comfortable and the linens etc. were clean and new. Nice place to stay that was exactly as advertised

Had a great stay at Eric’s place. The home was nicely decorated, very clean, roomy and close to college and downtown shops and restaurants.

felt just like home. Reba was quick to respond and we had everything we needed. I like that it was outside of town so more peaceful than being in town also.

Repeat stay at this location for us. Randall is a WONDERFUL host, immediate response to any questions. There were thunderstorms during the stay and didn't even hear them, bed is so very comfortable and house is well maintained. So thankful he allows well behaved pets. Highly recommend this host. A++++

Everything was provided and everything that I needed to know was communicated before hand. It was a great stay!
