Carriage House Cottage

This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. Quiet, cozy cottage in the beautiful Mimbres Valley, located between City of Rocks State Park and Lake Roberts. Sleeps three, or couple with two small children (1 double bed, 1 single). Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. Cell phone service is ok if you put your phone in wifi mode; otherwise, not good. Se habla Español.

This tranquil getaway is perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, bird watchers or anyone wanting a relaxing escape with cool weather, wildlife and starry nights. It is only a short drive to downtown Silver City.

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar (warm in winter, cool in summer) getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $20 per night pet fee ($100 weekly) payable during stay.
