Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

We enjoyed a very nice three night stay and it was a great base to explore Holkham and the surrounding coastline. The village had a convenient coop for essential bits and the front garden was secure for our small dog to run around. House had everything we needed and appreciated the new milk and juice left for us in fridge. We felt the host cared that we had a nice time and we did.

We had a great stay. The lodge is brill - clean, spacious, and in a really nice setting. It's well equipped and child friendly so perfect for us with two toddlers. Holt itself is lovely, we've been many times before and it's a great base to explore the coast from. All in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks Julie :-)

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. The location is very peaceful and you feel close to nature. The barn itself is comfortable and welcoming, with everything you need, including home made bread! We would definitely recommend a stay.

Lovely welcome and felt right at home. I booked to have a base to work from for the week, whilst visiting my daughter who lives just up the road and my new grand daughter, and it worked perfectly. Will definitely be back. Great place to stay, easy to get to, very peaceful and quiet and actually having a week away from my three teenagers at home was an added bonus, I'd forgotten what 'quietness' was and staying at Wendy's place gave me the peaceful base I was looking for.

Fantastic friendly and accommodating hosts. Felt very welcome at all times. Stay was as described, cosy hideaway with a beautiful garden on the doorstep. Added bonus to receive a real quality breakfast spread, particularly the homemade bircher museli, delicious!! Finally, some great recommendations on the local area to eat and drink of which we indulged in two! The kings head at Letheringset and the wiveton bell at wiveton. Would wholeheartedly recommend 👌

We stayed at Sally’s beautiful place for our mini-moon, Sally organised flowers, chocolate and champagne as a surprise for my wife on arrival, and helped us with renting bikes for a bike ride through the local area. The place was spotless and we loved every minute of it. Definitely one to remember, thank you Sally!
