An absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail really made a difference, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Qv's place is amazing. The host is really helpful and responsive. They even help us to get 70% discount at Mori Onsen located just in the same building. Would love to stay there again if i go back to Ecopark.

This is a good price and value apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, washing machine with drying, with enough utensils for cooking, microwave. The bed is big, the mattress is good, the linens are clean, the apartment is clean and tidy, the vase is nice. Value for money. I would love to stay for 1 week. The surrounding scenery is amazing, many restaurants eat. It's right near the lake, quiet fresh. I experienced the mineral bath service, it was very nice. I had a trip to remember. I would love to come back soon with my family to stay here.

The apartment is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a balcony and master bathtub offering stunning views. We loved the in-house sauna, laundry area, and peaceful morning walks around the lake. Getting to the Old Quarter was quick and easy with Grab. The highlight was Hang’s heartfelt gesture of surprising us with a birthday cake for my dad and personally celebrating with us. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended! She was incredibly proactive and attentive, helping us plan the rest of our trip and ensuring we felt safe throughout. Always prompt, available, and genuinely hospitable—a truly exceptional host!

This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

Family of 5, we spent 8 days in one of the apartments in My's home. Not this one but another in the same building (apartment 2815 which was great). This note is therefore only for the 2 people who welcomed us and accompanied us during our stay in Hanoi: My's home and the lady we saw when we needed help. They were 2 very considerate, understanding and responsive people. Careful and really kind. Thank you for hosting us

We had a great stay at this apartment. The view was absolutely stunning straight to the Swan lake. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed which made us felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

We loved our stay at Ecopark City and would recommend Betty's apartment. The location is very central to everything, and having the lake right there for walks every day and enjoying nature and animals - this alone is worth a lot. Betty and David were always responsive and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed for a short or long stay. A lot of small supermarkets are very nearby and a lot of things can be bought there if needed. Street market with veggies and fruit is in 10-15 mins walk. Full service complimentary cleaning was included twice a month. Unfortunately our stay was somewhat ruined by the repairs upstairs which started soon after we moved in and lasted all month while we were there. Not the hosts' fault, but it would be beneficial for the future tenants to ask about the completion of these repairs. Otherwise - very highly recommended.
