Great place to stay, right next to the slopes at Holiday Valley. Great for a family of 4 with the awesome loft area!

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy loft! The full kitchen was convenient for cooking meals, and having a Keurig was a nice touch for those morning coffee moments. Everything was spotless and well-organized, making it feel just like home. The host provided clear and easy instructions for both getting there and checking in, which made the process hassle-free. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and smooth Airbnb experience!

This is such a great place for a family gathering. We had a small family gathering for my twins’ 9th birthday the day before I was taking my daughter for an orientation at St Bonaveture and it was roomy and comfortable for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. Also no stairs was nice. Kids loved the gameroom. Great location close to both Ellicottville and SBU. Everyone was happy.

This was a very nice place to stay. Zachary was very responsive when we had questions. I really appreciate the guidebook that he left for us. The place was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this booking if you find yourself needing to stay in Olean. Thank you Zachary!
