Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area – ideal for unwinding after an eventful day. The spacious terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to linger. Perfect for festival visitors: You can easily walk to the Festspielhaus in only 10 minutes. The city center is about 2.5 km away – ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature but still want to be quickly in the heart of Bayreuth. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

We offer you a brand new apartment with upscale standard, top amenities and your own entrance and parking. The apartment consists of a living room (flat screen, Wi-Fi,) with its own kitchen and a separate bedroom with a new bathroom. Our garden can be used for playing, sports and barbecuing (grill available). For bikers, we have the possibility to clean the bikes and lock them in the garage.
