Slow living Studio with personal note

This lovingly furnished studio is more than just a place to stay. It is a true home away from home. Abundant natural light and a quiet setting create a warm atmosphere where guests can arrive, unwind, and relax. The apartment is peacefully located in a well maintained residential building and is offered during my world journey to guests who value mindfulness, respect, and unique places. Dogs are very welcome, and sustainable travel is supported with a charging option for electric vehicles.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location amidst the greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

Surrounded by natural, individual and high-quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, everything has been thought of. Towels, bedding, bathrobes and slippers are already provided. Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

Beautiful hiking trails invite you to take a walk and you can dine comfortably in the local inn. The city center of Bayreuth with its cultural highlights and attractive shopping is a 10-minute drive away. Franconian Switzerland in about 15 minutes and the Fichtel Mountains are a good 20 minutes away.

We offer a retreat surrounded by nature. Located right next to a large farm run by our family. Our newly built, modernly furnished apartment offers peace, distant views, and pure nature. All you can see are meadows, forests, fields, and the cowshed. Ideal for friends, couples, or families. Franconian Switzerland and the Fichtel Mountains are not far away, as are cozy breweries, restaurants, and many other activities.

The accommodation is located in the Tüchersfeld district The entire house was renovated in 2017, Parking is possible right by the house. The property has two large and one small bedroom. There is also a well-equipped kitchen & a common room. In addition to the renovated bathroom with toilet, shower & bathtub there is a second bathroom with shower/toilet. There is only limited mobile reception in Tüchersfeld!
