In Kombination wieder mit dem Haus in Skruv ab April 2025 innerhalb von 10km zwei Häuser mit bis zu 20 Personen. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft im wundervollen Broakulla. Inmitten der Natur und in seenähe, befindet sich das große Grundstück mit zwei Terrassen. In der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie Supermarkt oder Tankstelle. Größere Städte erreichen sie entspannt mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit für Tagesausflüge oder Unternehmungen.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

A cozy and open accommodation with a separate sleeping alcove in the middle of the beautiful nature of Småland and the Kingdom of Glass. Here you live in Sweden's most famous parish Ljuder with proximity to a rich cultural heritage after Vilhelm Moberg while you are close to all the attractions within the Kingdom of Glass. Well-known place names such as Kosta, Skruv, Duvemåla, Orrefors are nice day trips. Or why not just stop for the magical nature that is around you when we visit us.

Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.
