Lovely little place. Perfect for a little stress free get away. The cottage was cozy and clean. The surrounding village is cute even if a little quiet. Was exactly what I needed.

The cabin @ white cottage

SallyannRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Hannah was a very friendly and helpful host. The cabin was beautiful and very well kitted out. The hot tub was nice but I do think it needed either updating or servicing. The location was perfect too and the pub down the road called the Bluebell Inn was really nice and the food was delicious, well worth a visit. Pretty damn perfect 👌 thank you.

Wagon Lea is a delightful converted Railway Wagon,

DierdreRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had a beautiful long weekend at Wagonlea, from the moment we walked in there was a relaxed ambiance with the sheep and goats in the field. Despite being on a farm it feels very private and the host Ruth does not intrude at all. The place was spotlessly clean with a hot shower and all bathroom and kitchen essentials. Saturday we drove into Belper which is a lovely quaint village. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed after being there, highly recommend

Family house on the edge of the Peak District

VickyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
What a lovely home in a beautiful village setting. We felt immediately at home and had guaranteed parking which was great. The house was pristine with a lockbox to easily be independent when arriving. Good pace for our visit of 5 adults and a baby with everything you could need in the kitchen. The cottage is on a pretty busy road which you could hear in the garden and occasionally in the morning in the house but in the main, not an issue. Although we would recommend reversing into the parking spaces to make getting out easier. Lovely comfy beds and gorgeous bathroom. Double rooms are small as befitting a cottage someone double bed you both exit at the same side. Spacious twin room with cot available if needed. Great for dogs but they aren’t allowed upstairs. Our dogs are elderly, as were 2 adults, so be aware there are steps between some rooms. Kitchen, dining room and landing for those with mobility issues. Overall though exceptionally positive so give it a stay!

Peaceful, modern barn conversion

BradRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This is the most wonderful home and the host family are beautiful people. Claire could not have done anymore to make our 3 night stay any better. We had a great time and our children loved to open space, feeding the animals and the whole farm experience. The pictures don’t quite do justice to this home it is warm and cosy, and the log fire sets a very calming ambience for a peaceful evening watching Pride and Prejudice before heading to Chatsworth House only a short distance away. Claire was super responsive to the few questions we asked and always willing to offer her thoughts on things around the area. Our only regret was not booking longer!! This was truly one of our favourite stops, I would highly recommend Claire’s home to anyone wanting to stay in the Peak District. A super host indeed.
