The property is ideally located, 1.6 miles from M62, a short walk to Lindley village & HRI Hospital. It has been recently renovated to a very high standard. There are two large bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed and en suite, second bedroom has two single beds. The properties main bathroom has a large walk in shower. The kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The spacious living room has two settees, dining table and 32 '' fire tv with built in Amazon Alexa.
