Beautiful Huay Yang is 30 miles south of Bangkok and 12 miles south of Hua Hin. Highway and railway pass the village but at a good distance from the residential area and the house. Nice spacious house in beautifully planted area in peaceful beautiful Huay Yang. A tropical idyllic fishing village with a genuine Thai environment, close to the locals. Cozy restaurants w/ local and international dishes. 400 m to pristine, milelang beach. Large communal pool in the grounds including own children's pool. Motor(bike),- moped rental.

An entire 2-bedroom house with air conditioning throughout for rent within a minute walk from the beach. The area is quiet and there are local shops and markets nearby. This self contained bungalow has it's own parking space so you will feel like staying in a home right next the beach. We partnered with a local restaurant who delivers meals to the house, subject to a small delivery charge. Thai & Western meals are cooked from fresh ingredients bought daily from the morning market in Bankrut.

The property for rent is composed of 3 houses that can be rent separately. The houses are located within the same fence/perimeter with a regularly managed garden out front. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Down by the beach there is also the communal pool where you can lay on one of the sun loungers. Or why not take a walk along the expansive beach that stretches several kilometers on both directions.
